San Diego Downtown Condo Profile: Smart Corner

SmartCorner.jpgSmart Corner Is Brilliant In San Diego Downtown

Smart Corner is the ultimate example of smart growth, a new strategy in urban planning. Seeking to simplify my own busy downtown San Diego lifestyle, I made a point to visit to this 19 story residential property located between 11th and Park Blvd in the Core District.

Immediately, I was impressed by the location of Smart Corner, with convenient access to the freeway and San Diego International Airport. Surely, the location alone will simplify my constant need for business travel. Smart Corner brilliantly combines residential living, an office building, ground floor retail space, and mass transit all on one city block.

Stepping into the model unit was like a futuristic trip into simplicity, very smart! With several floor models to choose from, it was easy to find the personal space that suited my every whim and desire. Each example of clean, modern design allowed my imagination to run wild with thoughts of personalizing my own urban living space. Even the loft model had a grand, spacious feeling that seemed to be flooded with San Diego light. I must admit, that the San Diego downtown view was spectacular from every level, and only served as a reminder of the close connect between life, work, and play.
